Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cantabria and is a Registered Spanish Realtor (API). He accounts for over 30 years’ experience in real estate development along all of Spain.

After a well set experience achieved in different developments in Santander and northern Spain, the large development firm NEINOR S.A. hired him to organize and manage the Cantabria section. In 2.000 he took on the task of setting another large firm in the Costa del Sol from scratch. He put together a large professional team that he used for various land management and developments, becoming a reference in the area.

His constant need of learning and action took him to cover high management positions in ALFAMAR BUSINESS and even advising a large American Investment Fund like GATEWAY CAPITAL.

A wide experience based on numerous actions in urban planning and management in different localities, involved in the development of over 5 million square meters of land. Also, during the time involved in the Full Direction of Real Estate Developments he built in total over 1.000 homes delivered on time and budget. Managing the sale of the units with direct contact with real estate agents, specialized in international markets with focus in Southern Spain.

In 2.014 all this experience is shared in the new project put together with his partner John Nordmann: NM Gestión was born. This new project already accounts for numerous real estate transactions closed; managed urban plots to add value and, solved complex and multi-professional tasks.
